Sheet Sherlock (Pty) Ltd (trading as klaar.) ships pre-orders within South Africa only. Shipping is free.
Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses within South Africa. We do not ship internationally at this stage.
You must provide a complete delivery address and a valid South African mobile number at checkout so our courier can reach you.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free. No delivery fee is added at checkout.
Pre-order timing
This launch is a pre-order. Payment is taken when you check out. Your order is produced and dispatched after the pre-order period closes.
We expect dispatch within 3 to 8 weeks of placing your pre-order. Timing may vary depending on production and courier schedules. We will email you when your order ships.
Delivery method
Orders are sent by standard courier delivery to your door. This is not express or same-day delivery.
If the courier cannot deliver (for example, an incorrect address or no one available to receive the parcel), they may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection. Contact us if you need help with a failed delivery.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will send tracking details to the email address you provided at checkout, where available from our courier partner.
